

We also have observed the issue happening within the office premise and in open network at home. We have created a new profile for the user but still the issue persists.

We have checked and updated the outlook version to the latest 15.30 (170107) OS X 10.12. what happens after this is user is unable to open, forward, reply, reply to all for that email.
